Wild Pairings Fiery Tilapia

 Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vinegar

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1/2 Tbsp. Wild Pairings™ Garlic Hot Sauce

2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, diced

Sea salt

1 lb. tilapia fillets

Instructions

  1. In a gallon size plastic zipper storage bag, add vinegar, olive oil, hot sauce, and cilantro. Add sea salt to taste.

  2. Place the tilapia (or your favorite thin, white fish) in the bag and coat it completely in the marinade.

  3. Lay the fillets on a hot, lined grill. Continue to grill until they are fully cooked. They should be opaque and flake easily.
