Cayenne Butter Grilled Corn

 Ingredients

Corn on the cob

1 stick butter

1 tsp. Wild Pairings™ or Danger Zone® Cayenne Hot Sauce

Instructions

  1. Using par-boiled corn on the cob, put corn on low heat on the grill.

  2. As the corn continues to cook, melt butter. Stir in hot sauce to taste.

  3. Brush the mixture onto the corn as it cooks, making sure you turn the corn for even grilling. Remove the corn when it’s fully cooked. Serve with extra Cayenne Butter Sauce on the side.
