Hot Deviled Eggs

 Ingredients

6 eggs

4 Tbsp. chopped onion

1/2 tsp. dijon mustard

1 Tbsp. Wild Pairings™ Jalapeño Hot Sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Paprika

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a pot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil.

  2. Cover and remove from heat for 18 minutes.

  3. Run under cold water to cool.

  4. Peel and slice eggs in half. Remove yolks and place in bowl. Mix with all ingredients except paprika.

  5. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
