Pineapple Bruschetta

 Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 tsp. Danger Zone® Red Pepper Hot Sauce

4 oz. canned pineapple, drained

2 Tbsp. crushed cashews

1 baguette

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Danger Zone® Red Pepper Hot Sauce, drained pineapple, and crushed cashews. Scoop mixture into a serving bowl.

  2. Slice the baguette. Grill each side for about 1 minute, or until it turns very lightly brown.

  3. Top baguette slices with cream cheese mixture and serve as an appetizer.
