180g chocolate chips

40g marshmallows

24g sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Open the DIY hot cocoa bomb kit distributed by IQ Accessories. Melt chocolate chips by microwaving them in a bowl for 30 seconds, stirring, then continuing to heat at 15 second intervals, and stir until the chips are all melted.

  2. Thoroughly clean and dry the molds. Using a small silicone pastry brush or spoon, apply the melted chocolate evenly to the mold. Allow the chocolate to harden completely in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Apply a second coat and allow to harden.

  3. Fill ¾ of the mold evenly with 1 teaspoon of sprinkles and a smattering of mini marshmallows.

  4. Pour the remaining chocolate over top to seal the back of the bombs. Place the mold in the fridge until the chocolate sets.

  5. Serve in a mug, pouring hot (not boiled) milk over the bomb and stirring until completely melted.
